Returns Policy
We endeavour to deliver your purchase in perfect condition, however, if there’s a problem, please follow our returns process below:

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email at innercrimsonphotography@gmail.com, providing a description of the issue and supporting photographic evidence.

We will review your issue and confirm approval back to you within 48 hours of receipt of your email. Once approved, please return the item in its original packaging using Royal Mail postal services.

A full refund will be issued to the credit card/account which it was paid for upon receipt of the damaged/faulty item including return postage costs.
Please be aware that as an independent small business we are unable to accept returns for any other reason than the above, therefore, please read product description carefully prior to ordering to ensure it meets your requirements.
